Our Facility operates on a 100% automatic, self-service basis. You are solely responsible for securely storing your belongings in the lockers provided. You must follow all instructions provided by the automated system to ensure the proper use of the lockers.
The Facility is accessible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You must retrieve your belongings within this time frame. The Facility is not accessible outside of these hours.
Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers cannot be responsible for any valuables contained in the baggage. Customers are therefore responsible for what they leave in their baggage and everything contained within it. Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers provides all the security parameters that guarantee the surveillance and security of the Facility. However, Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers cannot be held responsible for prohibited goods stored in electronic lockers.
It is strictly forbidden to store plants, animals (alive or dead), perishable items, items that emit strong odours, items prohibited by law, or items that may cause deterioration of the baggage storage infrastructure or damage to other stored baggage.
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored in our lockers:

• Illegal substances
• Weapons or dangerous items
• Perishable goods or food items
• Flammable or hazardous materials
• Valuable items (e.g., cash, jewellery)

In order to use our products, you must pay the applicable fees, clearly indicated for using the lockers as indicated on our website or through the automated system.
You may reserve a locker in advance through our website or third-party platforms. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. In case of the updates of these Terms and Conditions, they will be posted on our website with a new date.
Your continued use of the Facility after any changes to these Terms is accepted by the updated Terms.

4) PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa.

Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers on the credit card statement.
Cancelling a booking with Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers can result in cancellation fees being applied by Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers, as outlined below. When you cancel any booking, you will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and of the fees incurred.
Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers enforces a 72-hour advance refund policy.
Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail at shirinsrls@gmail.com, no less than 72 hours in advance prior to the booking in order to receive a refund.
All cancellations are subject to a fee of 10% of the total charged per person.
No refunds are given in case of either delay or no-show on the part of the customer. This includes tardiness or “no show” because of plane/train/bus delays or illness/injury on the part of the customer. We do recommend purchasing travel insurance to prevent any losses in case of illness, accident or otherwise.
Full refunds are only offered at the discretion of management.

5) DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. This is not limited to but may include, a) the closure of Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers office, where and when the closure of the office is out of the control of Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers or where Sapta Luggage Storage & Transfers is forced to close without prior notice due to inclement weather, manifestations, floods, protests and any other circumstances of force majeure.

6) APPLICABLE LAWS AND LEGAL COURT
The terms and conditions of use will be sustained and interpreted by Italian law. Any controversy derived or connected to the execution of terms and conditions of use will be passed on to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal court of Rome, Italy, EU.
