How can I pay?

Payment can be made using credit cards.

What are the opening hours?

We are open from 7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days a week.

How can I book my lockers?

You can book both online and offline using credit cards.

What are the sizes of the lockers?

Please refer to our size indicator photos.

How do I collect my bags after closing the lockers?

If you booked online, you will receive an opening code via email. For offline bookings, you can reopen the locker using the touchscreen computer inside.

What should I do if there are issues with my locker?

In case of emergencies, you can call us at +39 349 184 7257. We will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Unfortunately, no. Reservations are non refundable.

What happens if I don't return on time?

You will be charged by the hour

Are my luggage items covered by insurance?

Yes, your luggage is 100% insured. In the unlikely event that something happens, your
luggage is fully covered by insurance.

Are my luggage items covered by insurance?

Our lockers are extremely safe with 24-hour video surveillance and a powerful alarm system.
